Change your life with morning exercise.

22:36
Change your life with morning exercise.

How many of you love to do exercise? As per our schedule and daily life routines, most people are allotting time for exercise at their convenient time.  So that we can live a health life. Here our experts say morning is the best time for exercise. Let me know more about the morning exercise.
Your morning routine can hold the secret to better health. Find out the habits that will super-start your day
Would you love to have more energy and a better memory? Fewer colds and fewer aches and pains? The answer could lie in your morning. The start of the day holds the key to taking control of your well-being before time gets away with you and other people’s priorities invade.
You don’t need to get up at the crack of dawn to reap the benefits. Simply going to bed 15 minutes earlier and waking up 15 minutes earlier the next day, before everyone else is up, you will have the time to make positive changes to your morning that will make a real difference to your health and happiness. So, before you tuck into your toast, try these tricks.
Cold Comfort
Health Benefit: Improve your memory
Switching your shower to cool for the last few minutes can help “shock” your body awake, helping to relieve fatigue and increasing mental alertness, so you will get more done throughout the day. In one study, a daily “cooler” shower (around 20⁰ C) was also found to help ease depression. But make sure to check with your doctor before trying this, especially if you have a heart problem.
Laying Twist Move
Work Out The Kinks
Health Benefit: Ease aches and Pains and boost energy
Doing yoga when you wake is great for loosening muscles and joints, boosting energy and starting your day in a positive mindset.
Try Laying Twist Move; it helps keep the spine flexible, and kidneys healthy and improves blood pressure.
  1. Lie on your back with legs straight and arms out a little higher than hip height.
  2. Place one foot on top of the opposite leg and gently twist over from the waist, using your top leg as a weight to take you into a Lying Twist. Hold for 10 deep, slow breaths. Repeat on the other side. Keep shoulders, arms and core muscles relaxed.
Scrap the Snooze
Health Benefit: Higher-quality rest
More than half of us set our alarm to snooze, but in fact, those extra few minutes won’t do your health or well-being any good. Set your alarm for the time when you really need to wake up. The reason? If you wake and doze, your brain will already be braced for the second alarm and it won’t let you dip back into the deep, restful stage of sleep. To feel well-rested, it’s much better to get an uninterrupted high-quality stint of sleep and then get straight up.
Good Morning
Health Benefit: Beat Fatigue
Instead of coffee, wake up with a cup of peppermint tea, its smell lowers fatigue and frustration. Worried you can’t function without a caffeine hit? People who start the day with a coffee are no more alert than those who don’t.
Mix Your Muesli
Health Benefit: Lose weight and feel great
Mix 8 handfuls of rolled oats, 2 large handfuls of ground bran, 1 handful of chopped dried apricots, 1 handful of chopped dried dates, 1 handful of crumbled walnuts, 1 handful of chopped almonds, hazelnuts or Brazil nuts, with plenty of skimmed milk and store in a large, sealable container in the fridge – it will last a good few days and you won’t be tempted to eat buttered toast instead. To serve, add more milk or yoghurt, plus some grated apple, chopped banana or berries.
Fresh-Air Fix
Health Benefit: Lowers blood pressure
That wonderful feeling of crisp air on your skin, the sounds of the birds in the trees…. Stepping outside makes us all feel better, particularly in the morning when it’s more quiet and tranquil. And it also brings with it a whole host of health benefits.
People who get a daily burst of vitamin G (what experts are now calling time spent in green spaces) have lower blood pressure and recover from illness quicker, thanks to stress-relieving benefits, which can last all day. A bit chilly to step outside? You can still reap the benefits by enjoying your morning brew of peppermint tea while looking out of the window.
Morning exercise is more beneficial than at other times
Try Your Trainer
Health Benefit: Get fit
Morning exercise is more beneficial than at other times. Those who reached for their trainers in the morning dozed off faster at night and had less disrupted sleep than those who exercised at other times.
One explanation is that the body releases stress hormones when you wake up, and working out in the morning counteracts them. People who exercise in the mornings are more likely to stick to it before that day gives you a raft of excuses.
The ideal morning workout is one you look forward to doing, whether that’s yoga, a gym class or swimming.

Wishing everyone a healthy life ahead with love

Electricity Saving Tips For Your Home and Appliances

Electricity Saving Tips For Your Home and Appliances

Bills, bills, bills. Paying the bills is probably the least enjoyable activity, second to a root canal. We all dread the monthly reminder that are our hard earned money is going away just as fast as it came to us, and it is an expense we can never really get out of. But I have done the research, and there are definitely ways to send less on the ever irritating energy bill. Most of the tips are easy, and can be done as second nature once learned. And as a bonus, most tips will help the environment!  The 3 energy saving tips on the next page will help with your monthly gas and electricity bills.

Air Conditioning and Heat

Depending on where you live, you will most likely use your air conditioner or heater to create a comfortable living environment.  These tips will help you on your gas and electricity costs.
  1. Keep the vents open as well as clean
    • Did you know that there is an entire airflow system in your home that you might not know about? Bring a handyman to make sure all your vents are open and clean. If not, you could be blowing extra money trying to get colder or hotter when all you needed was a clean and open vent!
  2. Make sure your house is getting enough airflow
    • This basically means – make sure nothing is blocking your air conditioner or heater. Putting a big couch, bookcase, or shelf in the way of airflow can cause you to crank up the usage for no reason. Make sure you can use your heat and air efficiently without any blockage.

Laundry Machines

Doing laundry itself is an annoying task. Add the cost of doing it, and you just made created my least favorite past time. Turns out, you can make it a little more enjoyable by saving money on it on your next gas and electricity bill.
  1. Reduce the heat level
    • LG electronics released a statement recently that heat accounts for 90% of the energy usage in laundry machines. Wash your clothes on the cold setting to seriously reduce cost. If you are really feeling stingy, forgo the dryer all together. Most of the heat is used there – try an old school clothesliner.
  2. Don’t Over pack the Dryer
    • Over packing the dryer is very inefficient. Clothes come out half dry sometimes, and you will have the run the dryer again. A good rule of thumb is to fill up the dryer 75%, leaving the top portion for the clothes to properly dry and expand in.
  3. Do Your Laundry at Night
    • In efforts to reduce energy consumption during peak hours, many electric companies will offer discounts for running appliances at night. A high burner like laundry can save you a lot if your electric company gives out discounts!

Dishwashers

The principles for saving money on laundry are really similar to saving money on laundry. Basically, turn down the heat and don’t overload.  Your gas and electricity company will thank you by billing your for less energy used.
  1. Turn Down the Heat
    • Most of the money spent on the dishwasher is spent on heat. Many dishwashers use a heated dry method that can be turned off. The reason the heated dry method is used is to prevent water spots and stains, but you can buy a rinsing agent. A rinsing agent will be cheaper in the long run.
  2. Load the Dishwasher Correctly
    • Stacking dishes the correct way can save you money on your energy bill. Make sure all dishes are on the bottom, all utensils are in their department with the sharp ends up, all bowls and cups on the top facing downward. This way you can promote proper water flow. Also make sure your detergent is strong to avoid rewashing, and of course rinse off dishes before loading the washer.

Seafood has fewer calories and less fat than red meat. Fish is one of the best fat-burning foods for women. In men too, low-calorie diets that include fish are found to ensure more weight loss than those without fish. Leading the trend is Europe’s Mediterranean Diet, which is now popular in the US too. It is a heart-healthy way to lose weight, while eating healthy fats, fresh and unprocessed foods and plenty of seafood.

Take your Pick

  1. Tuna contains more fatty acids and quality protein to help burn excess body fat and balance blood sugar levels. It is heart friendly.
  2. Salmon is rich in natural astaxanthin and unsaturated fatty acids, which increases HDL and decreases LDL. It helps improve cardiovascular functions, controls cholesterol, burns fat and ensures healthy weight loss.
  3. Sardines are the best as they contain very high amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids.
Caution!!!!
  1. Too much fish oil can be harmful, as fish contains high levels of methyl mercury, a metal. It is so in larger fish, mackerel in particular, as they feed on smaller fishes which contain the metal. Other metals found in fish include lead, nickel, arsenic and cadmium. All of them are poisonous, in varying degrees.

How to Pack Your Beauty Products

23:46
How to Pack Your Beauty Products
OK so packing for a trip can be a tedious task. You ask yourself a thousand questions like: What is the weather going to be like? Will I really need both my peep-toe heels and the Paten leather pumps? And what beauty products will I need? Should I carry them in the checked suitcase or in my carry on? Surely the hotel will have a hair dryer, won't it? These are all important questions, especially because what you pack may help prevent your hair from turning into a frizz ball and how you pack may help you avoid having your vanilla-scented lotion burst all over your silk blouse.

Tip 1: Assess the situation

Before you empty your medicine cabinet into your suitcase consider the following:

How long are you traveling for? If you'll be away for more than two weeks, you're better off buying beauty products like shampoo, conditioner, etc. at your destination rather than lugging them in your suitcase.

What will the hotel provide? Most hotels have hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion and soap, but it's always best to call ahead and ask the front desk or concierge. If you have a lot of hair and don't trust the power of the hotel dryer, pack your own fold-able travel size dryer, which comes complete with a travel tote.

Tip 2: Decide what to pack

Things to bring: Your basics (toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, deodorant, everyday makeup, shampoo and conditioner (unless you can make do with a hotel variety), face wash, face moisturizer and a brush.

Things to leave: Sunscreen (the tubes are usually big and you can find cheap sunscreen at your destination), body lotion and soap (if you are staying at a hotel), makeup that you don't wear everyday (you don't want to risk losing what you've collected, and less is more}.

Tip 3: Don't forget the 3-1-1 rule

TSA only allows 3.4 ounce -- or less -- bottles (100ml) of all liquids, aerosols and gels that are enclosed in one quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag per passenger to be carried on board. Which means, unless you are packing your beauty products in your checked baggage, you need to either buy travel-sized beauty products or get refillable plastic containers.
Keep in mind, if you don't need full-sized products,  packing all your beauty products in your carry on. It's far easier for you to control the movement of your items

Tip 4: Get clever with the favorites you can't leave behind

When it comes to items like perfume and nail polish, you're better off keeping glass out of your suitcase. If you're determined to bring your favorite fragrance, don't even try pouring it into a plastic bottle. Instead, go to a department store or Sephora and ask for a sample size of your scent. Most perfumes come in sample sizes and you can just ask the sales clerk for two.

As for nail polish, bring one bottle of the color that's on your nails when you leave and carry it on the flight instead of packing in your suitcase. You could also instead try nail polish strips that have no glass bottle and last up to two weeks.

Tip 5: Pick the right toiletry case

Get a plastic-lined toiletry bag that has a lot of zipper compartments and dividers (at least three), which will come in handy if anything does break or leak. Also, look for one that hangs on the back of a door for easy access to your products. This is also useful if your hotel has minimal counter space in the bathroom.

Tip 6: Keep like items together

When packing, skin care, hair products, oral care products and makeup should be stored by category and separate from each other. That's why you will need a bag with many compartments. If you're short on compartments, just make sure to keep dry items like powders and makeup separate from liquids.

Tip 7: Prevent leaks

When the air pressure changes in an airplane due to elevation, your beauty products will react. To keep the products in their respective bottles and not all over your suitcase, make sure to release the air from your bottles and quickly close them back up before packing them. Then tape the tops of your liquid containers to prevent leaking and exploding, and for double protection, recycle old grocery bags and wrap your liquids individually, before packing them away.

Tip 8: Pack like a pro

In your suitcase, make sure to pack your toiletries bag in between clothes and "not near shoes or anything that can puncture it. If you are bringing a rain jacket, wrap your jacket around your toiletries bag.
