After five-day-long wedding celebrations in Mumbai and Delhi, actress Kareena Kapoor reached Ibrahim Palace on Friday along with her husband Saif Ali Khan. Ibrahim Palace is Saif's ancestral home, 26 km from here. Saif-Kareena, who completed the formalities of a registered marriage on Tuesday, came here with a few selected relatives for a traditional family feast.
 Sharmila Tagore, Saif's mother, reached the mansion in the morning, while the actor's daughter Sarah and sister Soha accompanied them.
 From October 1, Pataudi Palace, being run by Neemrana Hotels, had put bookings on hold and since than Sharmila has been visiting the mansion regularly.

On Thursday evening, relatives from Pakistan arrived at the Pataudi Palace. The family will stay there till Saturday.
 After the death of Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, his son Saif was anointed the 10th nawab of Pataudi (symbolic) by the heads and prominent figures of 52 villages of the area. But for the Friday's function, none of them were invited.
 Locals were seen standing near the main gate since morning, but they could not have a glimpse of Saif-Kareena as the security was beefed up by a private company.

Mansoor Ali, who died in New Delhi on September 22 last year, is buried in the palace compound along with his forefathers.

Here's your first look at Kareena Kapoor's wedding outfits. Kareena, who married her beau of five years Saif Ali Khan on Tuesday, wore a traditional gharara that her mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore had worn (right).

After exchanging vows, the new Mrs Khan changed into a burgundy embellished gharara with maroon dupatta by Manish Malhotra (left).  The party had 80-100 people and went on till 3 am."

Saif and Kareena were married by a registrar at Saif's Bandra home on Tuesday and had a reception in the evening at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai. 

It looks like the D-day is soon to arrive this month. Yes, we are talking about Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor's much-awaited wedding, that is all set for this month.

 The good news is that Saifeena's wedding card is finally out. And, we are here to present before you the first look of the 'Nawaabi' marriage card.

The image below is the first look of their wedding card. The card has been adressed to to Nawab and Begum Kazim Ali Khan of Rampur in Uttar Pradesh. And, as confirmed by Sharmila Tagore before, Saifeena's Dawat-e-Walima (wedding reception) will take place on October 18.


 It has been revealed that for Saifeena's wedding, more than fifteen varieties of paans from Jaipur which would be served to the guests at the entrance. Reportedly, the wedding will take place on October 17 at the Pataudi palace and only select few friends and close family will be present for the occasion.

Wedding preparations have begun in full swing for Saif Ali Khan's impending marriage with Kareena Kapoor. Sharmila Tagore, who had announced the wedding date as October 16, has started sending out the invites.

Sharmila Tagore had disclosed to Mid Day last month that the wedding will be attended by close family members only and the ceremonies will be held in Delhi and Mumbai. Rumours about Copacabana or Maldives being the wedding venue were put to rest.

Kareena will be wearing Sharmila's bridal Sharara on her wedding day and is expected to wear Manish Malhotra's creations for other ceremonies. "We are yet discussing what functions she's going to have. Just the other day I was at her house and I was discussing with her. So it's on the way," the designer had said during Delhi Couture Week last month. 

Saif and Kareena have been dating for five years now. The couple had officially declared that they will tie the knot in the beginning of 2012 after the release of their film Agent Vinod but that was postponed. 

The 41-year-old actor has two children, son Ibrahim and daughter Sara, from his previous marriage to actress Amrita Singh. The actress, too, dated Shahid Kapoor for three years before committing to the Nawab of Pataudi.
