Where to move your Money? What is a Refinance Loan?

Where to move your Money? What is a Refinance Loan?
Rolling over credit card debt is the process of moving a credit card balance from one credit card to another lender. Refinancing a loan is another option when you can’t make your current payments.
When you refinance a loan, you get to pay you’re your existing mortgage with the monies received from the new loan. When roiling over credit card debt of seeking to refinance a loan, the rates you will pay also depend on whether the loan is secured or unsecured.

Where to move your money

When rolling over credit card debt, you can move an existing balance onto another, existing credit card loan. This allows you to move $500 store card balance onto a lower interest rate credit card with minimal effort. You are then free to close the store card account while making a single payment with a lower interest rate to the consolidated account.
There is an option to move an existing credit card balance to new credit card balance to a new credit card offering a low, teaser interest rate. A common example of this is moving a $4,000 debt from a credit card with a 15% interest rate to a new credit card with a 0% interest rate for the first six months.
This arrangement can potentially allow you to pay off more principle with the same monthly payments for the first six months or lower your minimum monthly payment for the first few months. However, you must be careful with this arrangement, because some credit cards with low teaser rates only offer 0% interest on new debt charged on their credit card, not a roll over balance.

Another Option – Where to move your Money

Another option is moving credit card debt into your home equity line of credit or a second mortgage (refinancing an existing loan). The benefit of this arrangement is a lower interest rate, since the debt is secured by your home.
One disadvantage of this arrangement is that you will be paying ten to thirty years on debt racked up buying clothes, eating out or taking trips, increasing the total interest paid on the debt to more than the original amount spent. The other downside is that your debt has changed from unsecured to secure. If you were financially strapped, you could have negotiated a settlement with a credit card company.
A home equity line of credit isn’t negotiable unless you are going through bankruptcy, and they are likely to say no if your home has enough equity to pay off the line of credit and your first mortgage. If you roll over an existing credit line into a new loan secured by your home, you can refinance the second mortgage to extend the term and make the payments more affordable.

If you have improved your credit score, rolling over the unsecured debt into the secured loan and refinance the consolidated balance at a lower interest rate is also an option. If you cannot get a better deal through refinancing the mortgage, a cash back mortgage refinance can give the money to pay off your credit card debt without increasing the interest rate on your home loan or equity line of credit.

What factors determine your Interest Rate?

Your credit score will affect the interest rate you are offered when rolling over credit card debt or seeking to refinance a loan. The balanced to be rolled over will also affect the interest rate; larger balances can trigger higher interest rates. Your credit score and interest rate will also suffer if the roll over balance causes you to come close to or exceed the credit card limit.
If you roll over a large debt and continue racking up new credit card debt, the lender may increase your interest rate due to the risk that you will not be able to pay off the loan. If you continually refinance your existing loans instead of making significant progress paying them off, your creditors will eventually stop offering favourable loan terms.
Before considering refinancing as an option, you will need to consider the various fees associated with it, as fees normally have to be paid up front, it may take some time before your savings may exceed your costs.

9 Natural Ways to Kill Household Bugs

9 Natural Ways to Kill Household Bugs
No one wants to deal with creepy crawly bugs inside their home. Whether it's a spider, a cockroach, or a colony of ants, it's not a situation that is welcomed by anyone.

Then again, most of us don't want to spray harmful chemicals inside the house to kill those unwelcome guests. Thankfully, there are all-natural ways to kill household bugs using items you may already have at home.

Cornmeal

Cornmeal has a sweet taste that ants cannot resist, but also can't digest. Sprinkle a bit of cornmeal where you see ants. They'll eat the cornmeal, carry it off and feed it to other ants, and then die.

Garlic

Garlic repels more than just vampires, it will repel ants and cockroaches, too! Leave a few garlic cloves where you've seen the insects, and the bugs will run in the opposite direction. Replace the cloves when they dry out.

Vegetable oil

Vegetable Oil Kill household bugs like earwigs and silverfish by pouring vegetable oil to a shallow dish. The bugs won't be able to climb back out once they enter, and will die a slippery death.

Basil

You already know that fresh basil is delicious is many of your favorite recipes, but did you also know it's great for repelling bugs naturally? Snip a few fresh leaves and hang them in doorways to repel mosquitos and flies.

Cayenne pepper

Cayenne pepper Kill household bugs attached to plants with a little cayenne pepper. In a spray bottle, combine the pepper with water, and add a few drops of dish soap. Spray plant leaves with the mixture, and it will kill any bugs that are attached.

Eucalyptus oil

Use this essential oil to kill cockroaches, spiders, and other small insects. It is non-toxic, and leaves a pleasant smell behind. To use, combine the oil with water and store in a spray bottle. When you see the bug, spray it with the mixture. The insect will die almost immediately.

Sticky candy

Draw mice to a mouse trap with sticky candy. Use something sweet and sticky, such as gumdrops or taffy. Mice can't resist it! Just make sure you only use this where it is out the sight of young children.

Diatomaceous Earth

If you've never heard of diatomaceous earth, you're not alone. It's a mouthful to say, but a handy substance to have to kill household bugs and garden pests. DE (short for diatomaceous earth) is a powdery substance that can be used to kill fleas, ants, spiders, and other insects. Look for food-grade DE, which can be used safely all over the house to kill bugs naturally.

Vinegar

Mist white distilled vinegar in the kitchen to kill and repel small insects. Vinegar is completely safe to use around food, but is strong enough to put a quick end to an indoor bug problem.
Remember, you won't have to go through the trouble of killing household bugs if you can find a way to keep them out. One way to do that is to take away what attracts them in the first place. Clean up any food and beverage spills immediately. Don't store pet food dishes on the floor. And remember to seal up any cracks that may allow bugs indoors in the first place.

30% employees fake illness to skip work
An average of three in ten employees call in sick to their office when not actually ill, with some giving unusual excuses like their dog having a nervous breakdown to they themselves suffering from a broken heart.

The sick days, legitimate or otherwise, also become more frequent around the winter holidays, with nearly one-third of employers reporting more employees call in sick during the holiday season.

At the same time, 29% of employers have checked up on an employee to verify that the illness is legitimate, usually by requiring a doctor's note or calling the employee later in the day.

Some employers have had other employees call a suspected faker (18%) or even gone so far as to drive by the employee's home (14%).

Besides, 17% of employers have fired employees for giving a fake excuse.

The most unusual excuses given by the employees calling in sick included the employee's sobriety tool not allowing the car to start, the worker forgetting he had a job, his or her dog having a nervous breakdown and the employee's dead grandmother being exhumed for a police investigation.

Employees also gave excuses like their toe getting stuck in a faucet, getting bitten by a bird, being upset after watching 'The Hunger Games', getting sick from reading too much, suffering from a broken heart and hair turning orange from dying her hair at home.

The survey further found that 31% of employers notice an uptick in sick days around the winter holidays.

December is the most popular month to call in sick, with 20% saying their employees call in the most during that month. July is the next most popular month to skip out on work, followed by January and February.

The study says that next to actually being sick, the most common reasons employees call in sick are because "they just don't feel like going to work (34%), or because they felt like they needed to relax (29%)."

Others take the day off so they can make it to a doctor's appointment (22%), catch up on sleep (16%), or run some errands (15%).
