How To Use Milk For Cleansing Face?

You might have heard that cleansing, toning and moisturizing are the basic skin care regime to get a glowing and clear skin. Cleansing removes dead skin cells, dirt and tightens the skin. Ways to cleanse your face using milk:
Milk and rose water: This is one of the easy-to-make cleansers using milk. Just add few drops of rose water with milk and apply on your face. Massage on the face in circular motions for 1-2 minutes. Wash off with cold water to get a cleanse the skin and close open skin pores.

Oatmeal and milk scrub cum cleanser: This is a scrub and face cleanser. If you do not get much time to scrub your face, then you can make this homemade face cleanser in a minute. Take oatmeal powder and add milk to it. Make a paste and apply it all over your face. Gently scrub on the face to cleanse and exfoliate the skin.

Milk and honey cleanser: Honey has many antioxidants so you should add few drops of honey to your face pack to get a glowing and flawless skin. Instead of applying milk alone, add few drops of honey and then massage on your face in circular motion. If you have pimples or acne, add few drops of lemon juice. Lemon juice is a natural remedy to treat acne or pimples.

Milk and papaya cleanser: Papaya has enzymes that exfoliates the skin and takes out dead skin cells easily. If you feel lazy to scrub your face, use papaya pulp. Mix with milk and apply on your face. Massage for 2 minutes and rinse with cold water to get a clean & fresh glowing skin.

Milk and carrot juice cleanser: Carrot has beta-carotene that tightens, exfoliates and moisturises the skin. You can use this vegetable to cleanse your skin, fight wrinkles and make it glow with shine. Mix grated carrot or carrot juice with milk. You can add yoghurt to make a facial cleanser. Apply on the face and massage in circular motions for about a minute. Leave for 2-3 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Milk, yoghurt and carrot can make your skin oily so you can follow up with a mild face wash.
