Admissions to bachelor of engineering courses in Madhya Pradesh's technical colleges reached a record 66,425 till Thursday.

Official sources that this was the first time in the history of the state that so many admissions have been recorded.

Despite this, a total of 30,000 seats were still lying vacant in engineering colleges of the state.

The present round of counselling for admission to engineering colleges will continue till September 23.

CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY ALL CANDIDATES:
All original certificates like EAMCET Rank Card, Hall Ticket, Intermediate Memo- cum-Pass Certificate,  S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo, VI to Inter Study Certificate, 10 years Residence Certificate either  of the Parent if the candidates belongs to Non-Local category, Income Certificate issued after  01.01.2012 whose parental income from all sources is Rs. 1 Lakh per annum for OC/BC/Minority  category candidates and Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum for SC/ST category Candidates and Caste Certificate  issued by competent authority and also PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable.

Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:
PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board— Candidates with 40% and above disability are only  eligible. CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of A.P. are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category. NCC & Sports- To produce Original Certificates  issued by competent authorities. Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the  Head Master. Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence.

LAST ++ Means: Including not qualified/ not appeared in EAMCET Minority candidates who have  already applied to Convenor based on Intermediate Marks. Candidates can change the frozen  options once again if they so desire, on 19.09.2012 (From Rank 1 to LAST++) from any  Internet café or from their Residence, this is the final opportunity for changing the options  and options recorded in the Server on the last day of the schedule alone will be considered  for allotment of seats.

Note:

1. Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Centre the ranks  are distributed Help Line Centre wise, See the Annexure-I for Distribution of Ranks Help  Line Centre wise and attend for Certificate Verification accordingly.
2. ST Candidates to attend for Certificate Verification in the Help Line Centres marked with ** only, see Annexure-II.
3. The Candidates who secured 45% (For OC) and 40% (SC/ST/BC) in group subjects of  Intermediate or its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission as prescribed by  AICTE/Government.
4. Candidates who possess mathematics at 10+2 level (or) passed the Bridge course in  Mathematics are only eligible for Bio-Technology Course.
5. Candidates are informed that the Pharmacy council of India vide Ref. No: 14-2/2009- PCI-10834-12152, dt: 17/07/2009 has not approved Intermediate equivalent  programs of one year duration such as NOS, APOSS for admission into Pharmacy  courses for the purpose of Registration as pharmacist.
6. Candidates who could not attend for Certificate Verification on the dates notified due  to some reasons can get their Certificate Verified any day before 16.09.2012.
7. Notification will be issued in due course for admission in to Pharm-D Course.

ALLOTMENT:

• Allotments will be placed in Website http://apeamcetb.nic.in on 20.09.2012 after 06.00 PM.
• Enter the ICR Form Number (Registration Number), Hall Ticket number, Password and date of birth in Candidate Login.
• Download the allotment order and read the instructions printed and also  download challan form for payment of fee.
• Pay the fees if any, in any Branch of Andhra  Bank/Indian Bank.
• Report to the allotted college on the date mentioned in the allotment order.
• Failure to report in the allotted college by the date stipulated will automatically result in cancellation  of seat and candidate has no claim on the seat allotted.
