National Institute of Bank Management, Post-Graduate Programme in Banking and Finance, Admission 2013-15

Applications on the prescribed form are invited for admission to One Year Post-Graduate Programme in Banking and Finance (PGPBF) for academic session 2013-15.

NIBM is recognized by the University of Pune as an approved Centre for Post-Graduate Research and by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, GOI, under the scheme of Scientific and Industrial Research Organizations.

Eligibility :
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA, awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956,or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government ofIndia. Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirement and are awaiting results can also apply.

Admission Procedure:All candidates seeking admission to the above programme should appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT) to be conducted by IIMs.

[Note : CAT is used for short-listing candidates who apply for admission to NIBM. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the Programme]

Candidates shortlisted on the basis of CAT scores will be called for Group Discussion and Interview for final selection during Feb-March 2013.

Accommodation will be arranged for the selected students.

Request should be accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1250/- drawn in favour of ‘National Institute of Bank Management’, and payable at Pune.
