Akshay Kumar-Twinkle Khanna blessed with a baby girl

Akshay Kumar's wish to have a girl child is granted. His wife Twinkle Khanna gave birth to a daughter on Tuesday morning. The former actress delivered at Breach Candy Hospital in South Bombay.

They are blessed with a lovely baby girl who looks just like their mother andgrandmother. Akshay have no words to express my happiness. Akshay would like to thank everyone for their blessings and best wishes," Akshay Kumar said in a statement.

According to reports, it was a normal delivery and both mother and daughter are doing fine.

Khiladi Kumar reportedly rushed home from Jaipur last evening, where he was promoting his film Oh My God, to be with Twinkle who had gone into labour.

Akshay married Twinkle in 2001. The couple also has 10-year-old son Aarav. And after their newly-born daughter, the family is complete.
